Until you read the book, it's hard to put into words what it will do to your life and outlook. Or maybe what I should say is that, I could describe this book perfectly to you, and you still won't get it until you read it for yourself. A friend gave me her copy because she felt so strongly that I should read it. She told me every few months I buy another copy, and every few months I end up giving it away to someone I think would be touched by it. I got it. Read it. And felt transformed. In the first few pages, I was a bit unimpressed and underwhelmed. Some things seemed unnecessarily redundant and nothing I haven't heard or read dozens of times from other self help gurus. But I trusted my friend enough, that I didn't think she would give me a book and have such strong feelings for it if there wasn't something more to it.And so I kept reading. And then I read a line (I won't say which one) that had me picturing a lightbulb going appearing above my head. A few more pages, and my jaw dropped.
